You’ve probably seen character actor Paul Dooley somewhere. He’s appeared in everything from ALF to The Golden Girls to Hairspray. He’s got one of those faces you’ll never forget, which is likely the reason for his ubiquitous presence in film and television for almost half a century.

But now he’s made it to the internet, in a funny and bizarre video that has something to do with Bob Dylan and ailments (huh?).
